4/30 - 5/4 Very difficult traffic congestion. Every day is like rush hour in Miami, all day long. A few editorials are now calling for the death penalty for the barge operator who struck the McTeer bridge. I spent three hours going from Fripp Island back to my office in Beaufor this afternoon. We are fortunate to have hired a trim crew from Saint Helena Island. They have started the
exterior cornice work. Roofers are set to begin installing metal on Monday. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical are done with their rough-ins now and we are waiting for the roof to be complete before requesting the rough-in inspection and insulation work. The front dormers have been painted to avoid the necessity of painting over the metal roofing. Looks like we will get some rain this weekend, but otherwise the weather has been kind to us thus far. Any last minute changes to the interior will be completed this coming week. I will be adding recessed cabinet space for audio/video equipment in the theater and pre-wiring for speakers.
